Enriched  with vitamins and minerals and topped with fresh fruit, they're a tasty way to support your little one's growth and development. Enjoy a playful twist on a family favourite and kickstart the day with a breakfast that's as fun as it is delicious! #### **Method:** 1. In a bowl, combine eggs, bicarbonate of soda, PaediaSure Shake powder, and milk. Whisk together until the mixture is well blended. 2. Gradually sift in the flour and whisk until the batter is smooth and thick enough to hold its shape. 3. Warm a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to prevent sticking. 4. Scoop a ladle of batter into the pan. Avoid tilting or spreading the batter to keep the pancakes thick. 5. Let the pancake cook until bubbles start forming on the surface, then carefully flip it over. 6. Cook the other side until golden brown as well. 7. Repeat with the remaining batter, making about 12 pancakes in total. 8. While the pancakes are cooking, prepare some fruit to decorate. Try using blueberries for pawprints (or substitute sliced grapes), banana slices with a date or plum for eyes, and strawberry slices for ears and a tongue. **Makes:** 12 pancakes Contains allergens: **eggs, milk, soy (soya), **and **gluten.
