      To prepare one 225 ml serving:

      Pour 190 ml of room temperature or cold water into a cup and gradually mix in 5 level scoops (approx. 48.6 g for vanilla flavour and approx. 49.1 g for chocolate flavour) of PaediaSure Shake Teen Balance powder.

      Serving for vanilla flavour = 5 level scoops of powder in 190 ml water to yield 225 ml.

      Serving for chocolate flavour = 5 level scoops of powder in 190 ml water to yield 225 ml.

      Warning: Never heat PaediaSure Shake Teen Balance in a microwave oven. Serious burns can result.

      Recommended intake: 2 servings per day, alongside or in between meals, as required. Do not exceed the maximum number of servings per day. Refer to the product label for instructions.
