Get ready to roll with our light and savoury Chicken Sausage Rolls! Crafted to bring joy to every bite, they're a winning choice for even the fussiest eater. Made with chicken sausages, they offer a wholesome dose of lean protein, to support healthy growth and development*.
Method
Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper, giving it a light spray of oil.
Remove the sausages from their skins and mix with the PaediaSure Shake powder in a bowl until well combined.
Place one tortilla on a flat surface. Spread half of the sausage mixture slightly off-centre.
Roll up the tortilla tightly, starting from the side with the filling, ensuring the seam is on the bottom. Trim the ends of the tortilla and slice into six rolls. Repeat with the second tortilla.
Arrange the sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Beat an egg lightly and brush it over the tops of the sausage rolls.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Let the sausage rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your snack!

8 (450g) turkey or chicken sausages
2 level scoops of PaediaSure Shake powder vanilla flavour
2 large tortilla wraps
1 medium egg
1 tsp sesame seeds
