MINI CHOCOLATE PANCAKES
Do you have a fussy eater on your hands? We love @PaediaSureShakeUK - their shakes are super easy to incorporate into recipes that your fussy eaters will love or alongside a packed lunch on-the-go!
Amelia and I made some yummy chocolate pancakes with the PaediaSure Shake chocolate flavour powder which she really enjoyed, here’s the recipe!
Method
Add your eggs, baking soda, PaediaSure Shake powder and milk to a bowl and whisk until all combined.
Sift the flour in and whisk again until it forms a batter
Add about 2 tbsps of the mixture to the pan
Wait until the top starts bubbling then flip and cook until both sides are golden
Whilst your pancakes are cooking get your toppings ready! Amelia wanted to make owls on hers so we chopped up some banana, blueberries and strawberries.
