Simple Shepherd’s Pie with Heavenly Mash

Indulge your little one with our delicious Shepherd’s Pie! Pro-tip: Chop veggies small for easy munching, especially carrots, which are rich in vitamin A. And with added PaediaSure Shake, it's a nutritious powerhouse for both taste buds and tummies

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C

Boil potatoes and sweet potatoes in different saucepans for 12-15 minutes or until cooked

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and garlic and gently cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the lamb mince and cook until brown.

Add the carrots, celery, water, and dried herbs and cook on a simmer for 10 minutes. Add the frozen peas and gravy granules and mix well. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes before taking off the heat.

Drain the potatoes and mash while they are still hot. In a separate bowl, mix the cream and PaediaSure Shake powder until well-blended. Add to the mashed potatoes along with butter and pepper.
